Sermons on The Gospel
Acts 4:13-20 (NIV)
Everything about Christ’s life is centered on His goal of dying on the cross and training His disciples to carry on His ministry after He ascends back to the Father.
Our life would be totally and fully imprisoned by Satan and we would experience the ultimate wrath of God. Thankfully there is a BUT GOD!
With good soil that is daily cultivated and ready to receive His Word, A HARVEST WILL BE PRODUCED!
Although He would no longer be visibly present with His disciples, they would not be left alone. Jesus promised them (and all subsequent believers) four permanent sources of power and comfort: the presence of the Spirit, the presence of the Son, the presence of the Father, and the presence of the truth.
